Hello! I am searching for a birth certificate for an "Elvira Pranno" born May 23, 1891 in Cosenza, Italy. She might have hailed from either Santi Ippolito and/or Pietrafita.

I am searching to find her birth document to know the true spelling of her last name...Is it Pranno? Are her parents Francesco Pranno and Raffaele Grosso?

Unfortunately the records of the province of Cosenza are not present in Antenati and in Family Search there are only some comuni and not those you listed. Also church records are not present.
You wanted to say that that person was born in Pietrafitta or in Sant'Ippolito (now part of the town of Cosenza)?
What do you mean with "have hailed"?

"Have hailed" meaning they might have been born, living or died in those towns. Basically...they came from...they hailed from.

PRANNO Antonio born in Cosenza on 25 May 1882 son of Francesco and of Raffaela Grosso.
PRANNO Alfredo born in Cosenza on 7 April 1885 son of Francesco and of Raffaela Grosso.
PRANNO Giuseppe born in Cosenza on 21 April 1886 son of Francesco and of Raffaela Grosso
PRANNO Luigi born in Cosenza on 9 Mar1888 son of Francesco and of Maria Raffaela Grosso.
