October 8, 1908 at town hall in Ari, appeared Diogene Laerzio, age 60, farmer, domiciled in Ari, and Tommaso Angelucci, age 50, farmer, domiciled in Ari, who declared that at 3:20 a.m. on October 7, in the home at #291 Via Sant’Antonio, Carmine-Eugenio Laerzio died, age 5 months, resident of Ari, born in Ari daughter of Rocco (Laerzio), farmer, resident of Ari, and of Luisa Angelucci, farmer, resident of Ari.

Witnesses were Tommaso Balzano, age 33, farmer and Nicola Di Rito, age 53, farmer, both residents of Ari.
