February 24, 1890 at town hall in Orsogna appeared Diogene Laerzio, age 39, farmer, domiciled in Orsogna, who declared that at 4:00 a.m. on February 22, in the home at #50 Via Borgo Romano, Filomena Damiano, his wife, a farmer who lives with him, gave birth to a male child who was presented to me and to whom was given the name of Nicolò.

Witnesses were Filippo del Greco, age 69, farmer, and Antonio Tenaglia, age 55, farmer, both residents of Orsogna.
