On the right, and I think the left of the next image is this same record

Giuseppe Carrozza Jr, the son of Giuseppe Carrozza Sr and Giuseppe Renda, born on January 7, 1844 in Monreale, is all I could understand of it

The only reference I found states:
‘o cartellaro: rilascia all’entrata del Fusaro una sorta di bolla di accompagnamento che
all’uscita controlla per conteggiare i giorni di sosta al lagno e la conseguente somma che
l’agricoltore deve pagare;
http://www.fotologie.it/documenti/Di%20Vilio_Marino.pdf
http://www.iststudiatell.org/rsc/annate ... 12_113.pdf
It has to do with the hemp processing

Thank you Livio! His son and grandson both were basket-weavers, so hemp processor makes sense as an occupation for him.
