Can anyone help translate? I think its for my great grandmother but not sure. Also are the signatures at the end family witnesses?

There are three different records shown here. Can you say which is yours?
Researching Gibellina, Sicily surnames Bivona, Bonafede, Zummo, Ponzio, Bevinetto, Beninati, Fontana, Cipolla, Bruno, Manfrè, Lanfranca, and Navarra
