The first name is tough. Prensi? Virginia Usseglio.
Researching Gibellina, Sicily surnames Bivona, Bonafede, Zummo, Ponzio, Bevinetto, Beninati, Fontana, Cipolla, Bruno, Manfrè, Lanfranca, and Navarra

Virginia Prinsi Usseglio

In the Italian white pages, the surname is found under the letter U- Usseglio Prinsi followed by the first name (in Torino Province)

Great work! I should have thought of that. I checked and did find Usseglio as a surname, but didn't think to try Prinsi as part of the surname.
