September 25, 1825 before comune officials in Orsogna appeared Camillo Mancini, age 23, farmer, domiciled here on Strada dell Villa da Piedi, who presented a female child and declared that the child was born in his home to his legitimate wife Serafina Tenaglia, age 23, and declared that it was born on the above date at 9 o’clock Italian hours (about 3 a.m.) to whom was given the name of Maria Domenica.

Witnesses were Feliciano Mancini, farmer, age 60, domiciled in Orsogna, on Strada della Villa da Piedi and Francesco Saverio Mancini, farmer, age 40, domiciled in Orsogna on the same street.

On the right margin it indicates that Maria Domenica Mancini was baptized on September 25, 1825 in the Parish of San Niccolò di Bari.
