May 6, 1903 at comune offices in Orsogna appeared Giulia Polidoro, age 34, midwife, domiciled in Orsogna, who declared that at 8:00 a.m. on May 5 in the home on Vico Terzo Via Collemese #14, Rosaria Sciasco, a farmer, wife of Luigi Mastrocola, farmer, both domiciled in Orsogna, gave birth to a male child who was presented and was given the name of Donato.
Witnesses were Giuseppe Mastrocola, age 65, farmer, and Filippo Saraceni, age 51, farmer, both residents of Orsogna.
The declarant reported the birth because she assisted in the birth and Sciascio’s husband could not report it because he was far from town.
