The below link and attachment is the 1566 Carini marriage for Gerolomo LaMendolia and Anna.
The right side of the page surrounded by red lines is the actual certificate where I can see him with Anna and her parents. What I don't understand is exactly what's on the left side of the page also surrounded by red. It looks like the same person but mentions the parents as Leonardo and Giovanna.
Do you agree with my assumption?
If so then why is it like that I have never seen it done that way before. Normally the early church records don't list the grooms parents.

Yes, the note points out that Girolamo was born in Santa Lucia and lived in Carini, son of Leonardo and Giannella (nickname for Giovanna) Lamindolia, who were born in Siracusa (?)
