birth record confusion

my daughters great grandfather is Filippo Puma. I have his birth as 1892. I found another birth record. Someone said its the same person. please help me translate this as i would love to know which is the right one.

Here is what I can read - it is a very blurry image...

Presentation and declaration by Carolina Casini, 45, midwife, residing in Ribera
Child born on 3rd day of the current month at 2:10 AM in the house in Via Pellegrini #53
Mother: Rosa Caternicchia, wife of Emanuele Puma, both farmers residing in the town.
The child was given the name Filippo
The declarant assisted in the birth of the child and made the presentation in place of the husband of Caternicchia because he was away.

It is POSSIBLE that this child died before the birth of the Filippo who you say was born in 1892.
