There are some gramatical errors, that I try to correct in my transcript. It's not easy to explain what it says, as we should know something that happened before, or was written in a previous letter, and that the writer gives as understood.
Non avendo tempo ieri per rispondere la tua lettera senza data (quando scrivi, metti sempre la data), così ti rispondo oggi. Prima di tutto, nelle mie lettere non offendo nessuno, ma mi sono lagnato della presa per fesso fattami, che mi è costata più di $30 ?? per comprare delle fasce e cravatte nuove.
Ad ogni modo, è inutile discutere il passato; quanto ad Emilia, lei poteva rispondere dietro tue informazioni, perché l'ufficio postale sa sempre dove mi trovo, e non manda mai lettere indietro.

Thank You!!!! I was born after my Grandmother's brother, Angelo, passed and I don't recall him ever being discussed when I was a child as....probably because most conversations occurred in Italian. Thanks a gain for your help.
