It refers to a sentence of the tribunale regarding the birth of Giuseppe Gasparotti, and the entry into the register of Mirabella [Erclano] in 1911, Parte II, series B.

I believe this is the record in 1911 - it is quite long, but looks to be the recognition of the child by Vincenzo Cerrati and Angela Maria di Sisto, as they were married in America (Boston, MA?)
I haven't read it thoroughly, but it appears the child was born in Mirabella, and recorded as Giacomo di Sisto of Angela Maria. It is a lengthy record.

#32 - Birth of Giuseppe Gasparotti (1898 Ariano)
On 9 Nov 1910 the court sentenced that the birth record #32 related to Giuseppe Gasparotti is annulled because it is the same person registered with name Giacomo De Sisto in Mirabella, record #52 part 1. The sentence was transcribed into the register of Mirabella [Eclano] in 1911, Parte II, series B.

Record #52 (birth of Giacomo De Sisto in Mirabella, son of Mariangiola De Sisto, daughter of deceased Bernardino): http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it ... ewsIndex=0
The side note to this record states taht Giacomo was legitimized by the spouses Vincenzo Cerrati and Angelamaria De Sisto, and therefore his surname is Carrati.

Tessa & Livio
Thank you both for the translations and for searching for the Mirabella record.

As always, I appreciate your efforts.
