John, the names are written as Biff has them i.e. "Carmela, Pasqualina" Zindato. Remember though, Italians don’t exactly have first and second names. The child may have been known as either Carmela or Pasqualina. In my own records a child was often given several names e.g. Maria, Rosa, Elizabetta, written in that order on a birth record, yet she was known by the name Rosa.
