On 4 Feb 1813 in the town hall of Oppido before the mayor appeared Antonino Zindato, 44, carpenter, residing on Strada di Ferrari, who stated that on the 3rd of Feb from his wife Angiola Medile/Medila?, 33, was born a female child he named Carmela Pasqualina.

Thank you Biff83. I do have one more question ? Is her name in the order you have it, or is it reversed ?

John, the names are written as Biff has them i.e. "Carmela, Pasqualina" Zindato. Remember though, Italians don’t exactly have first and second names. The child may have been known as either Carmela or Pasqualina. In my own records a child was often given several names e.g. Maria, Rosa, Elizabetta, written in that order on a birth record, yet she was known by the name Rosa.
