what was the court decree for.....the first 4 words and the surname name of raimonda have me stumped. thanks for your efforts,

Some more context and a little bigger size could be helpful. I believe that it is:

Il contro indicato ha adottato Raimondo Le Crociera di Cesare
The counter indicated person adopted Raimondo Le Crociera, son of Cesare.
Researching Gibellina, Sicily surnames Bivona, Bonafede, Zummo, Ponzio, Bevinetto, Beninati, Fontana, Cipolla, Bruno, Manfrè, Lanfranca, and Navarra
