Searching for Birth Records: Piedimonte Matese (D'Alife)1885, & Formia, 1892

Hi All,

As like many others, I am trying to locate my Great Grandparent's Birth Records/Certificates for my Dual Citizenship Application.

I have come to a few roadblock online as I cannot find Birth Records prior to 1862 in Piedimonte Matese.
G Grandfather's information: Vincenzo Testa
Born: 14 October 1885 • Piedimonte d'Alife, Italy
At 32yrs old he arrived at Ellis Island on June 29,1907, via the SS Europa.
Parents' names currently unknown. (Though, based on Ancestry research I believe his father had a brother named Mario.)

G Grandmother: Liberia Isernia
Born: 4 March 1892 (or 1893) Formia, Italy
Ellis Island arrival date at the age of 18yrs old: 8 December 1910, via the SS Prinzess Irene.
Parents: Luigi Isernia and Giulia Passanta

Any advice on my best way to move forward, or help in directing me to the proper resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance to any consideration and responses.

Thank you so much for taking the time out to locate the entry. That was extremely generous of you.

Though, after studying that page for quite some time, I cannot seem to find my GGrandfather's name, nor the family surname anywhere. It just does not seem to be a match. There is an entry that is completely water damaged and illegible beyond visual repair... so it could be a possibility that was it. (?) Of course the index with the T''s is also water dameged. I also checked on page 149, the other possible page I found in the index, but that too lead to nowhere.

Were you able to see something I didn't catch?
