No it doesn't. I notice that you have since found Francesca's birth record. In my opinion finding Pietro Sanicola and Francesca Gippettos marriage record would be the better way to go first. Because of the Italian naming tradition there could be several Francesca Gippettos born to different Giovanni Gippettos. The marriage record would have both sets of parents of the spouses included on it. Just a suggestion.
