It looks to me like the surnames are Rini and/or Bini...both found in the Province.
Bini not as common.

Giovanni Rini was born on 7 June 1881 in the house at Vico Galera #4 to Antonina Rini, 35yo wife of Girolamo Rini, 40yo fisherman. The child was presented on 10 June by Carmela Rini, midwife.
