Translation help for record of exposed infant

I've been searching for information on my 2nd great grandmother, (Maria) Luisa Esposito, from Prata d'Ansidonia in Abruzzo. I had her birthdate and knew that her parents were always listed as unknown, but I finally found a record that seems to explain that she was found as a baby after being left exposed. I've spent a few hours trying to translate as much as I can, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the handwriting and some of the terminology. I know there is a lot of information on these pages, but if someone could at least let me know if it says anything about where/how she was found, and where she was taken after being discovered, I would greatly appreciate it!

....... è comparsa la signora Carmela Giancamillo di anni cinquanta di professione filatrice domiciliata in Prata e ci ha dichiarato che nell'aprire la porta di sua casa la mattina nel giorno di venerdì li diciotto del mese di Agosto alle ore nove rinvenne un fanciullo recentemente nato, quello che ora consegna a Noi Uffiziale dello Stato civile con le vesti, e con gli altri effetti ritrovati presso il medesimo.
Noi abbiamo riconosciuto che la età apparente dello stesso è di giorni cinque e di sesso femmina né ha marche apparenti. La qualità delle vesti sono come appresso
avvoltata da una fascia di canape e pannolini uno di lino.
e l'altro segno che ha indosso presenta che la stessa senza verun segno.
Abbiamo dato a detta fanciulla il nome di Maria Luisa Esposita e quindi lo abbiamo consegnato a Concetta Crisi.
