Greetings, I would like to get a narrative translation of "Atti di Nascita" record #38 for Alipio Primo Augusto Aiudi from Isola Del Piano dated 1890. I am a newbie and a detailed translation of the entire document would be very helpful to me, to include any pre-printed portions (it will help me to read other documents in the future).

Appearing was Clito Aiudi, 26 yo, contadino, living in Isola del Piano, who reported that at 10 pm on 20 September 1890, in the house in Via Guaralda, No 31, from Assunta Girolomoni, a contadina, living with him, was born a male baby, who he did not present, and who he named Alipio Augusto.
Witnesses to the proceedings were Vittorio Fabiani, 25 yo, Impiegato (clerk/employee) and Pio Ravagli, 46 yo, famiglio (similar – so also an employee/clerk)
The declarant was dispensated from presenting the said baby because of the extreme distance of the place of birth, after having ascertained the truth of his birth.
Annotation: on 2 September 1913 marries in Montefelcino Crescentini Balbina
