This act is dated on Jan 20, 1866 at 11 a.m. before the delegated official of the civil state of the town of Castellammare di Stabia, in the Province of Naples. Appearing before him was 66 year old pharmacist, Baldassare Saturno, the son of deceased Matteo. He was living in this town on via Scanzano (this street still exists there). He was appearing to request a transfer of his residence to the town of Agerola, his birth place. He was making this request with the intention of making this town his permanent residence. Witnesses were Francesco Gentile, the son of dec Nicola, age 53, and Antonino Longobardi, age 22, the son of unknown parents. Both were servants and residents of this town. These witnesses were chosen by Baldassare himself.
