I would grealty appreciate a translation of the text that states the documents that were provided in this marriage.

Although a lot of documents were presented for the marriage, unfortunately none give specific dates of the events to which they are referring.

1. the extracted birth acts of the spouses
2. the extract of the death act of the first wife of the groom
3. the death act of the groom's father was missing. As a result, testimony concerning his death was given by the bride's parents; also a statement concerning his death was given by the spouses themselves, as they were of adult age (or the age of majority; and there were statements given by four witnesses as well, all concerning the death of the groom's father, Antonio Saviano
4. extracts of the death acts of the paternal grandfather and mother of the groom
5. extract of the act of notification made as above
6. the certificate that stated there was no opposition to the marriage.

Below this, it states that the parents of the bride were present and gave their consent to this act

I had noticed that the groom’s father was deceased but his death record wasn’t provided in the processetti. That definitely clears it up though, thank you!
