This is not a marriage, but a death record.
Saverio Zappavigna was age 2. He died in his parents' home on 15 November 1866 at 3 AM.
Father: Vincenzo Zappavigna
Mother: Maria Oliva
There are no ages or professions given for the parents.
Declaration of death was made on 16 November by Gioacchino LIcastro, 29, tailor; and Domenico Oliva, 31, (cannot read his occupation).
All are residents of Tresilico.

Yes, it appears that the book of marriages is in the first 16-17 pages, and the rest is the book of deaths.
