Hi everybody!
We have a bunch of postcards addressed to one of our relatives and they're all signed with the name "Siano." We think it could be a nickname, but we don't know what name "Siano" would be short for. I've included a screenshot of a closeup of the name. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

However, Siano also appears to be a given name (not a nickname) in Italy, so it's probably the proper name, Siano.
