confirming left margin notations

I am hoping Angela or someone else can confirm the remarks on the left margin of Santo Fallara's birth record.
She mentioned it was somewhat out of focus and would come back to it.

I did go back and take another look and have had another look today but still can't read the script clearly. It is quite faint and as I said goes out of focus when I blow it up. Hopefully it will be clearer to someone else.

So I've used some other records, which are a little clearer, with similar annotations and this is what I'm reading:


Santo Fallaro cui ha relazione il controscritto atto di nascita di oggi sottoscritto giorno unito in matrimonio con Caterina Polito del relativo atto e trascritto al registro di matrimonio del corrent anno sotto il numero 1: della parte 1, Tresilico due Gennaio 1908

In my own words, so that it makes better sense, I believe it says

Santo Fallara, to whom the signed birth certificate of today is relative, was united in marriage with Caterina Polito. The relative Act was transcribed in the marriage register of the current year under No 1, Part 1, Tresilico, 2 January 1908.
