Family had 10 children_on all Birth Certificate's Father was Gioachino DiLisi / Mother was Carmela Rotolo,
except for Carmelo's, mother is correct - father written as Vincenzo ??? (see Link ).

Fathher age shown matches all other children, Gioachino DiLisi & Carmela Rotolo came to NYC , living together in 1905 with 3 children.

Is there any notation shown about father ??

Not sure what you're asking.

Vincenzo Di Lisi appeared and declared the child's mother was his wife, so he's the father.

Surname looks like Di Lisi.

Look at birth acts of other children born near that date (before and after) and see if the house address is the same, if so Gioachino and Vincenzo were the same person, having two names, should verify with his birth act.
If living in different places, it seems they were two persons, and also the wifes, two women with same name (it's possible).
Should find the marriage acts.
