Can someone please translate the middle section of this death record - just the info about the deceased and his parents/spouse, professions.

including where they lived (looks like Prada Piazza #23, or at least that's where he died, but doesn't that usually mean his home?)

From what I can make out --

Address of death: Strada Piazza #23 (most likely his residence)

Age : 61

Profession: Deputy Secretary (probably of the commune)

Father: Tomaso -- Pharmacist/Druggist/Chemist -- deceased

Mother: Severina Baratta -- civilian (no profession) -- deceased

Spouse: Concetta De Regattis (living)

Donatantonio Fuso, 61 years old, deputy secretary (I think by "vicesegretario" they meant a Town clerk of high level), son of Tommaso (pharmacist) and Saverina Baratta, both deceased, and residing in Montemiletto when alive, husband of Concetta De Rogatis.
