I believe that I have found the birth record for my Great Uncle Antonio Marotta. I looks like he was born in 1849. On the second page of the document, the date of 1883 is listed. Would someone please translate both pages of the document and also translate the page 2 reference to 1883. Thank you very much.

Birth record for Antonio Marotta, son of Pasquale (26 yo ) and of Girolama Aldi (23 yo). Birth and baptism on Nov 7, 1849 in Squille.

Marriage on May 3, 1876 in Caiazzo to Rosa Dulcizia Santabarbera. Caserta, on July 28, 1883.

Thank you very much for the translation and the link. Do the two dates mean that Antonio married twice? I assume his first wife would have died, then he remarried.

The second date ie 28 July 1883 is the date that the record was annotated with the marriage info. It is not a marriage date.
