Can anyone please confirm?

I cannot translate the last two lines.

Your translation looks correct.

Strictly speaking, it reads "marito di" or "husband of" (not "married to"), and "mori" or "dead" and "di" or "of" (at) 65 years (or age 65, as you wrote).

Anyway, that's my input.
