Help Translating Birth certificate - Primo Sartore

Hello could someone help with translating the below birth record of Primo Sartore from 1891 in San Martino di Lupari.

Also at the margin there are two entries, one for his marriage date and death.

Primo Luigi Sartore was born 1 September 1891 (presented on 4 September)
Father: Giovanni Sartore, age 42, farmer
Mother: Maria Andretta, farmer, his wife
Born in the home in Via Supervilla #54

Margin notations:
Marriage on 5/2/20 to Amelia Stocco(?) in San Martino di Lupari
#13

Death on 21 January 1955 in San Martino di Lupari (#8, parte I)
