Help translating death record Bonetti.

Post by deigo1 »

Hello could someone help with the translation of this death record from 1857. Also interested if one of the informants (Giacomo Bonetti) is listed as Giuseppe's father, his age and would that be there signatures at the bottom?

Thanks for the help,
D.

Medardo Eligio Bonetti, almost 8 months old, born and resident in Ranocchio, son of the beforesaid Giuseppe, and of Angela Bernardini, 37 yo, weaver, passed away on day 21 of current month at 3am, in the house called "La Penna".
Declarants were Giacomo Bonetti, 70 yo, and Giuseppe Bonetti, 38 years old, both land owner peasants, respectively the grandfather and the father of the deceased.
And yes, they signed the act.

Thank you so much as always Pippo! It really helps to know that Giacomo was still alive as I try to track down his death record. This area is somewhat lucky in what I've found with my Northern family, is the civil records go back to 1852 for some. Really fascinating to see their signatures!
