Just found the death of Luigi Conzaga from the death index in 1895 and was in the supplement. His full name was Luigi Neglia Conzaga Guzzone b abt 1864 in Militello, Sicily on the marriage to Sebastiana Vasta in 1886 Militello.
Tessa found earlier Nicolo fu Paolo took him as his son in the alleganti marriage. He was abandoned as a child per records.
See this death of Luigi Conzaga number 8. Wondering if it gives anymore clues and someone can translate the important parts. There is something about Maggione too? We have a DNA hint on Maggione.

A correction to my above post...
G. Rondinella was the official in Aversa who signed the extract. Not the spouse.
Here is the original death act #93 from Aversa.
At the end it states that Luigi was of unknown parents, and married. No spouse is named.
Also... the notice of Luigi's death to the official in Aversa seems to have come from the Director of the Casa di Reclusione. (Prison House?)

Oh wow guys! Many thanks again Tessa, and also Pippo!
How the heck does he end up way north in Aversa? Is that like an old folks home, or a poor house for recluse?
So interesting guys! I could have not seen that record or translated without your help!!!
