Transcription of a death act from Cleveland dated 11 December 1933
Deceased is Ignazia Battaglia, born in Italy in September 1853.
Ignazia was a widow, daughter of Antonio Campagna and Marianna Spitelieri.
All are from Italy. [Ignazia] was buried in Calvary Cemetery on 14 December.
The death was announced on 12 December 1933 by Carlo Battaglia.
There appears to be a reference to a doctor who attended on 11 December and found broncopneumonia.

Thanks Tessa, I appreciate your help so much. I guess I am a little confused. I know Ignazia was born in Trabia and I found this document in Antenati by looking in the Trabia registries for “”1935””, not 1933. If I understand correctly, she died in Cleveland, Ohio and is buried in Calvary (where a lot of my ancestors are buried). What I am confused about is why this record would be in the Antenati registry and why it would be in the 1935 Antenati registry??? I do have another copy of her death certificate written in English when she died. Is this something you have seen before? Thanks again for your help!!!!

Yes, it is common for a record to take that long to be transcibed into the register.
There are many "channels" it must pass through - red tape - to be authorized to be entered into the register.
Sometimes, the request to send the record to the hometown in Italy is not made by the family until months, or years after the death.
In this case, it looks like the copy was created in Cleveland on 28 August 1934, and approved by the Italian Consulate in Cleveland on 24 October 1934, and confirmed in Trabia on 13 January 1935, and finally transcribed into the register on 19 February 1935.
