Thank you for all that information--

Loreta Santucci , believe this was Cesare's 2nd wife.

Giuseppa Malizia was named as his wife on his 1909 passenger record to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
to meet brother in law Vincenzio Malizia( Giuseppa's brother ). Lost track of him and her after that date.

In case you do not have this...

Birth act of Cesare Augusto Sante Botticelli in 1882 in Sezze
Maternal grandfather is named - Luigi [Loffredi]
#326
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cat=819867

And... here is a curiosity -
Publication of Marriage Banns with Vincenza Santucci in Sezze in May 1905
Cesare is the son of deceased Giovanni, and living Teresa Loffredi
Vincenza is the daughter of deceased Giuseppe, and unnamed woman.
#41
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cat=819867

Marriage Act
#55
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cat=819867

NOTE: It looks like the "brother-in-law" (Vincenzo Malizia) was the husband of Cesare's sister, and not the brother of Cesare's wife.
Here is the birth act of Vincenzo Malizia in 1884 in Sezze, with a notation of marriage in 1906 with Faustina Botticelli.
#420
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... cat=819867

Marriage of Vincenzo Malizia and Faustina Botticelli (#36) in 1906 in Sezze
Her parents are deceased Giovanni, and living Teresa Loffredi.

I am accessing Family search from my computer. Not at a Family History Center or Library.

Yes, I saw the arrival manifest. May need further investigation.
I checked the marriages in Sezze and found no marriage of Cesare with a Giuseppa Malizia. I also did not find a birth act for a Giuseppa Malizia.

Here is an image of your GGP's marriage act

I do not understand why that is happening.
Here is a screen shot of what I see when I click on the link you posted above. You can see that the camera icons on the right are not locked...

Great!

Here is the birth of Antonio's sister, Faustina, in 1885, with annotation of marriage with Vincenzo Malizia in 1906.
