I've attached a scan of Record No. 35 from the 1822 Leonessa death records for what I believe to be for Maria Ianni, wife of Felippo Rauco (my 5th great-grandparents).
I've worked through some of this on my own, but would like confirmation of the the following facts:
Died 18 March 1822 at the reported age of 85.
Reported 19 March 1822 by Antonio Rauco (52) & Ludovico Rauco (30) [Ludovico is my 4th great grandfather]
Wife of Felippo Rauco (deceased)
Daughter of Bernardino Ianni (deceased) & Bernardina Ianni (deceased) of the Village Viesci.
Any assistance with the translations of the addition details such as location, professions or other facts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the additions and corrections. I did catch the 1827 error, but it looks like you grabbed your quote before I made the edit.
