How to Access Italian Property Records Online

My father passed away and he is part owner of a home in Italy. The co-owner of the property is aware of my father's death and we believe she may try to sell the property fraudulently. We would like to be able to access property information online, and were easily able to access this information almost a decade ago but it looks like the process for access has since changed. The website we are accessing is requesting a PIN and for us to input income information from 2022 taxes but he was not an Italian citizen at the time of his death.

Is anyone able to provide details on how to access property information for owners not residing in Italy?

Yes, it's possible here:

a registered user can do it for himself for free (I think that's not the you case, as your father has passed away)
or can do it for whoever (I don't know if ALL properties are recorded here); in the latter case, there's a small fee to pay (a few euros)...the problem would be how to pay the fee. If you don't manage it, let me know, I can try to do it for you.

Thank you for the information. I tried accessing that site and it's requiring either a SPID, CIE, CNS or a PIN for the 'sister' site. We do not have any of this - only his Tax ID number.
