Was this the baptism record you needed? You said in your post you weren’t sure. I saw a marriage record for a Michele Femminella and a Grazia whose surname in that record looked like Sacco. Date of marriage Nov 6, 1768 folio 114. Top left, I think it was. In the baptism record though, the surname doesn’t look like Sacco, but I suspect it’s the same couple.

No, it isn’t. I am looking for an Antonina Femminella. I found one baptismal but I am thinking she died and they had another daughter and named her Antonina also. I am not sure but the dates for the first one don’t seem to work. She married in 1804 but the baptismal was in 1763. She had a bunch of children so don’t believe it can be her but a sister to her.

I also couldn't find any other children born to Antonia's parents with the same first name after 1763, at least not in Sambuca. So, if her parents did have another Antonia born after 1763, it could have been in some other town. Plus I couldn't find a death record for the 1763 Antonia Femminella.
You say that after her 1804 marriage to Montelione, she had a slew of children. We know Montelione was a widower at the time of their marriage, but that she had never before been married. I don't recall if you had found his baptism record, and if he was a lot older than her. What years were their children together born? were they all born in Sambuca? In 1804, at the time of their marriage, she would have been about 41. So it's possible, depending on the year of birth of her last child with Montelione, that the 1763 baptism record is hers.

Erudita,
Thanks so much for all your help. I went back and looked at my records. I must have been looking at someone else because I see an Anna Montelione but she was the daughter of Francesco Montelione and Maria Sparacino, who was his first wife. I am only seeing one child for Francesco and Antonina Femminella, Castrenze Montelione. He was born in 1807 which would make her about 44 which works age wise. Thanks for helping me with this. So many names, lol.
