Found a few old family documents and hoping this great community could help with translations.

First Document
I am not clear what type of document the first document is. It is mostly typed so should be easy for some to read. There appears to be good details about the family included.
I'm also curious if anyone has thoughts on the names. 'Gusmano' is clearly written and this was the name my family references. However, I long ago was informed Gusmano was not a typical Corleone name and that the real name was Cusimano, which I have confirmed with some older family records.
Welcome any thoughts on the name.

Unclear if this is related to the first or not.
The name at the bottom, 'Libario Gusmano' would be my 3 GGF.

From what I can tell, the first document is a disputed will.

Below is what I determined the translation as. Does anyone see any differences?

The year nineteen hundred and two is November in Corleone.
At the request of Mr. Gusmano Salvator, Antonino, domiciled and resident in Corleone, was admitted to the benefit of free legal aid with a resolution of the Commission at the Tribunal of Palermo; seven March 1901.

It seems correct, though I don't know what he means when he says "coi nomi"
