Would someone please translate this record. It doesn't seem to have to last name of the groom listed on here unless I am just missing it. Thanks so much.

The groom’s last name is not there. Only info there is his title, that he was never before married, and was of this town.

What Pippo said makes a lot of sense, Mary. Bear in mind that, in the 1500s when the Council of Trent dictated that local parishes keep registers and/or records of vital events in their parishes, it did not dictate what the specific content of those had to be. The content was at the discretion of the parish priest or those who constituted his parish staff.
