Help deciphering city name from ship manifest

I am trying to figure out the name of my great grandfather’s last known residence, on line 14, col 9. I can make out the last few letters, which look like ‘etta’.

Also, if you are able to read columns 11 and 16, detailing his destination, I would be grateful.
