Help translating orphan birth record

Post by mia365!! »

Need help translating/ deciphering the birth record of my great grandfather, who was a foundling. It appears that while our family is from Piacenza, he was born in Milan, and then went back to Piacenza quickly after. We are trying to parse out why- the part between the two boxes, is needed most (starting with detto/ including ospizio)

Thanks!

Angela Sassi, midwife, declares that on March 31, 1879 a child was born in Corso San Celso 40 to a woman who does not allow her to be named. The child is given the name Angelo Amogretti.

Detto bambino viene da me inviato all'Ospizio Provinciale degli esposti e delle partorienti a mezzo della dichiarante a ciò incaricata alla quale rimetto una copia del presente atto perché li consegni al Direttore di detto Ospizio insieme al bambino.

"This child is sent by me to the Provincial Hospice for Exposed and Parturient Persons through the declarant in charge of this, to whom I give a copy of this document so that she can hand them over to the Director of the said Hospice together with the child."
