understanding the meaning of sopranomenati

Hello. I've found the marriage document of my many greats grandfather. In both his and his bride's family there is the word sopranomenati and then 3 letters/ symbols. What does this mean?

sopra nominati means above named

The other abbreviations you are seeing mean first, second, third, etc, as there is a list of documents presented for the marriage. So you’re seeing the number 1 followed by the ending for the word first in Italian which is primo. Then the #2 followed by the ending for the word second in Italian which is secondo, then #3 followed by the ending of terzo which means third, etc
