Hello,
Could someone please help translate the attached entry for me? It is the death record of my great great great grandmother, Valentina Fadini. I am particularly interested if there is a reference to a residence address. I travel to Tarcento this autumn and would be thrilled to be able to approximate where she lived.
Thank you so much!

Re: Help translating death record
Sorry for the late reply. I've only just been catching up with what's happening on the forum and seen this today. Here is the translation:
Death No 53 – Valentina Fadini
Registered in Tarcento on 31 October 1876
Appearing were Giacinto Sporeni, Cursore, 49 yo, and Giuseppe Missera, 53 yo, calzolaio (shoe maker), both living in Tarcento.
They reported that at the hour 5 am today (31 October 1876) in the house in Borgo Aprato, No 52.E, Valentina Fadini died. She was 75 years old, an agiata (wealthy), residing in Tarcento, and born in Tarcento, the daughter of the deceased Giacomo who had lived in Tarcento when living, and of the deceased Anna Fadini, who had also lived in Tarcento when living. Valentina was the widow of the deceased Leonardo Urli.
The other names there are just the witnesses to the registration.
I’m understanding that Borgo Aprato would be a little village in Tarcento. Buon Viaggio

That area was devastated by the 1976 earthquake.

Oh, that's disappointing. Thanks for the information, G. I've tried clicking on the link several times on two different devices but it keeps "timing out" so I am unable to view the the pic.

Great!!! Thank you so much for posting the pics, G. I really appreciate it. Earthquakes can be devastating. (I found a PDF online about the 1976 earthquake - no pics, just facts and some seismic diagrams.)
Thanks again.

Thanks again.
