Problems with Remote Access for the Ancestry Library Edition

I want to know if anyone else has had the same problem using Ancestry Library Edition remotely. Has anyone been able to maintain their remote access, or has it expired or stopped working? I would adore hearing from anyone who have had comparable things!

I had network issues. My updates to the Ancestry Library Edition platform sometimes cause access issues. I have tried clearing my browser cache, updating my browser, and checking the known issues on the Ancestry website, and fortunately it has been resolved.
