this is a 1905 act of correction act no. P.2.2 Altavilla Irpina.

I cannot seem to find the date of birth. This birth is not in any records1900-1905 in Altavilla. Is Avellino the town of birth? Thanks for your efforts.

I do not see a birth date mentioned in this rectification.

Usually, these corrections are made when an error is found. Generally, that happens when a search for the birth act for a marriage is made.
I searched the 10 year birth index for a Pellegrino Izzo (that is the incorrect name that appears on the birth act) and found Pellegrino Izzo born in Altavilla Irpina in 1884. Father is listed as Francesco Izzo and mother as Antonia Maio. This seems to be the correct birth act - Dated 1 June 1884 - #116.

In the sentence of the tribunale, the father's surname is corrected to Lizza - the parents' names are corrected to Francesco Lizza and Domenica Antonia Esposita. The incorrect father's surname was Izzo; and the incorrect mother's surname was Di Maio (according to the rectification.)

Here is the birth of Pellegrino in 1884.
There appears to be a margin notation of his death in Altavilla Irpina on 8 November 1947 (year is scribbled over)
