Hello,
This birth record is for the baby brother of my grandfather, Pasquale Mazzoli. There were twins, Settimia and Octavio. They both died, as did their mother (my great grandmother, Santa Filomena Mazzoli), in March 1895 (?).
I cannot read the cursive handwriting! Thanks, Jeanne Troise Lyles

Thank you for clarifying the information of these documents. The information solidifies Mazzoli family history that my mother told me years ago. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! Jeanne
