1916 Birth Record No is 139 for Concetta Di Matteo

Father is Tommaso Di Matteo 31 yo and Mother is Sebastiana Capraro (daughter of Giuseppe Capraro), Tommaso’s wife. Concetta was born on 3 March 1916, Via Garibaldi, No 18

thank you yes Giuseppe is my great great grandfather--so then they had 2 daughters name Concetta 2nd was born feb 2, 1918 so a=maybe first one passed away---thanks i will go search death cert now

Registered Aragona on 2 May 1918

Date of birth was 1 May 1918, in Via Garibaldi, No 20

Parents are Sebastiana Craparo, daughter of Giuseppe, a casalinga (housewife/domestic), the wife of Tommaso Di Matteo, a Carrettiere (carrier/cart driver).

The baby was registered by the midwife, who had assisted with the birth, because Sebastiana Craparo’s husband was absent from the town at the time of birth.

Concetta Di Matteo died at 4 pm yesterday (15 December 1916) in the house in Via Garibaldi, No 18, at the aged of 9 months and 13 days. She was residing and born in Aragona, the daughter of Sebastiana Craparo, a casalinga (housewife/domestic) living in Aragona. It is strange that Tommaso Di Matteo isn’t mentioned? Maybe he was unknown to those registering the death?
