Trying to find great-grandparents' birth and marriage certificate

Hi! I'm looking into my Italian heritage and I'm trying to find my great grandparent's birth and marriage records. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Here's the breakdown on them:

Gaetanina Cali
- Born around 1880 (not sure exact date)
- First child Sarina Cali (name variation Rosaria Cali on ship manifest) was born January 20th, 1901, so probably married before then.
- Second child Saro Matthew Cali (name variation Rosario Cali on ship manifest) was born January 6th, 1903.
- Emigrated to New York under the name Gaetana Magnano Oct 28 1903 aboard Sardegna from Napoli with last residence in Riposto with her two children.
- There are several variations of her maiden name, such as Gaetana Magnano, Gaetanina Magnano San Lio, Gaetanina San Lio.
- Unfortunately I don't know her parents' name

Francesco Cali
- Born on Mar 1st, 1870 in Riposto, Catania, Italy
- Children were born in Riposto
- Father's name was Commodore Rosario Cali and died around 1886 in Italy
- Emigrated May 1st, 1903 to New York from Naples

Parents were Rosario, 30yo, and Rosario Granada, 27yo.
A side annotation says that he married Gaetana Magnano San Lio, daughter of Matteo (deceased) in Lentini on 18 August 1900.
