My great-grandmother was born in Tunisia in 1906 and baptized in Bizerte in 1907, according to this record that is such a pain to get, but I will get it one day: drive.google.com/file/d/14NF2-WvquPUNwAZaR_7Z7VYkf2A7sL_Q/view?usp=drive_link
Her name is Francesca Tinnirello but she took on French and American variations: Francoise and Frances.
She later emigrated to the United States from Naples in 1909: drive.google.com/file/d/1huIuf_RqzBYv5Z3U3A72hMGX0rmQz821/view?usp=sharing
She later married in NYC in 1930: drive.google.com/file/d/1u3jmjb07DoSseXHXd2e-2aSu_TqVe2kY/view?usp=drive_link
And I have her date of death, some deeds/mortgages, AR-2 number, and a bunch of records from US. However, I want more information on any Italian records. I know that her record of birth was not registered in her commune of Lercara Friddi (checked Part II of birth indexes for 1905-1908, name not included). I also requested her father's lista di leva information for 1905-1910 from the archives in Palermo to no avail. I submitted another request I am waiting to hear back from them for dates between 1900-1905. Maybe something?
The only thing I can think of to support whether or not they lived in Italy sometime between 1906-1909 is a possible Certificato di Poverta in the allegati on FamilySearch. Otherwise, I do not know of anything.
Is there anything that would help prove where they lived between those dates from my GGM's birth in Tunisia to emigration from Naples to USA. I want to know what they did in that period coming from Tunisia and leaving in Naples. What should I look for?

Your links are not working.
I believe this is your family tree.
I add the link to it for reference.

Her father Giacomo was born in 1881 as confirmed by his birth act present in the tree, then you need to request the military documents (lista di leva/foglio matricolare) for that specific year. (Classe di leva 1881).

Here is the working link to the birth/baptism in Tunisia of Francoise Tinnirello

Year is given as 1907 - with no day or month.
And on the ship manifest of their arrival in 1909, Giacomo's line appears to show that a naturalization process was begun.
