I have been combing over these documents and have been running into some blocks trying to translate the writing. I tried using ChatGPT for some help but the transcriptions don't appear to be anything close to what I am seeing. I will follow up with what I think I have been able to find so far.

If I got this correct, the translation is equipped with a permit until 24:00, returned to the construction site the next morning? That is from Google translate so could be off. I am not sure how this was a reason for punishment?
